FRAME:

Our frames are carefully cut and assembled in our Canadian factory. We use the traditional mortise and tenon joinery method, which is then glued and braced to ensure unparalleled stability. Our approach involves a meticulous selection of quality wood, combining Baltic plywood with solid wood, to create a product of exceptional strength.

MECHANISM

High-end and state-of-the-art Leggett & Platt mechanism. Offers a greater range of opening and weight capacity.

SEAT

We use tempered steel springs specially designed to prevent unwanted sagging. These springs are carefully installed with Teflon-coated fasteners, ensuring silent operation without annoying squeaks. The springs are also installed to create a domed effect that ensures superior comfort.

UPHOLSTERY

4.5-inch thick high-density foam covered with 1 inch of molded memory foam for a total of 5.5 inches and a density of 2.7 lb. A combination that offers unparalleled comfort and durability. Our upholstery doesn't stop at the seat. We have also upholstered the outside of the backrest and the sides of the armrests for a perfect finish. A product of exceptional solidity.
